Electric Buffalo is all about having a good time while cruising around the streets and beaches of Folly Beach. Our resources are a guide for anyone looking to understand our policies and have our most commonly asked questions answered.

OUR POLICIES
All bikes come with locks. Secure bikes at ALL times. Lock combination corresponds to the number on the bike (Example: Bike Number: 67. Combo #: 00067)
Start your booking for the first day of service. Items will only be delivered on the first FULL day. Standard check in time is 4:00 pm (so you would not rent for your check in date, but first full day). Delivery is complete by 10:00 am on the first day of service
For pickup, your items must be placed in the same location, cleaned and packed up at the end of the last day of service by 5:00pm. Items UNAVAILABLE for scheduled pick up are subject to an additional charge of either a flat $50 fee or additional day fee added to rental items (whichever is greater).
Bikes and Beach Gear items will be delivered and picked up at vacation homes with the above policies. There is a 2 day minimum for any vacation home delivery!
Delivery and Pick up days must be on days where you are occupying the property because properties are flipped on a same day basis.
We do not offer weather related refunds. All orders will have an automatic 25% cancellation fee. You must submit your cancellation request by EMAIL to info@follybeachchaircompanycom at least 48 hours prior to service. No refunds within 48 hours of service.

What is your weather policy?
Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more prior to service start time (9:30am) will receive a refund less an automatic 25% cancellation/change fee. A mid-day sprinkle happens often and feels great! Cancellation requests less than 48 hours prior to service start time are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions. Only if the City of Folly Beach mandates evacuation for an imminent named hurricane or storm will we consider refunds.

What are your rates?
Rates vary per item and depending on the total amount of days. The longer you rent the more you save per day!
